Mission
DataView.in has been founded by Bangalore-based Gautam Goswami, a graduate from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, and a certified professional on ‘Comprehensive Software Project Management and Design’ from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore.
The main objective of DataView.in web platform is to write articles in the form of blog on various latest cutting edge technology related to Big Data processing, Distributed digital data storage, Hadoop, Hadoop with complete Eco-system etc., free E-Books, publishing real time project design/methodology, Proof of concept development (POC) that help to educate students, teachers etc. DataView.in produces short lectures, demos on the utilization of various software components to process data, how to challenge the digital data tsunami and subsequent analysis, etc., in the form of YouTube videos. The members of DataView.in conduct physical seminars/presentations for the students who are aspire to learn about Big Data evolution, IOT, Enterprise e-commerce, etc.
Gautam contributed as a Technical Head in a Bangalore-based startup company named Irisidea Technologies. Involved in understanding the Client’s business problems and transforming them into end-to-end data-driven solutions. He has more than 18+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of various technological platforms and business domains. Previously, he worked with multinational giants like IBM India, Sweden, Hyperion, NMS Communications in the USA, and several European countries. Acquired wide expertise in the design and development of financial products of Hyperion (Now Oracle). And participated in multiple product solution architectures of Hyperion to enhance their existing customers’ knowledge on new releases and features in the USA.
He possesses a very strong hold on the E-Commerce domain, where he has architected various E-Commerce applications to support B2C and B2B model for the best retail companies based in the USA and Canada, like US Cellular, Barnes and Noble, Spin Masters etc. Presently, he designs and develops many real-time use cases using open source technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, Kibana etc to solve complex business problems. Working as a consultant in Big Data technologies.
He has accomplished many case studies on Big Data, Hadoop, Multichannel, and Omni-channel E-Commerce, and is in the process of publishing his research in the form of white papers. Besides, he is also an Author, Speaker, and Online Trainer in Cutting Edge Technologies like Big Data processing, Social media data mining, Omnichannel E-commerce platform, Cloud CRM etc. He blogs about all the mentioned technologies at Irisidea Tech Solutions and DataView.in.
