An adoption of data analysis to make the business profitable

An exponential growth of digital data in any form is becoming a major ultimatum for the businesses in the entire world. From 2008 onwards, we have started using social media like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc and are getting connected inside an unbounded social circle. As technology is gaining rapid momentum, usability, cost etc are drastically falling down with reference to the devices like smart phone, mobile internet data plan etc. In fact, Reliance Telecom has launched limited Free 4G network Jio and other telecom giant like Airtel, Vodafone and BSNL are in pipeline too. These are the extraordinary steps to move the country towards rapid digitalization.

It’s becoming very easy to share/circulate any product/service with their pros/cons in the digital world and have a direct impact on business. So the business has to take stern action on data analysis for making existing services and products more profitable before getting impacted by negative sentiments. Based on the data analysis result like consumers ratings, reviews etc management can take immediate action/decisions.
According to Forbes, by 2020 a gigantic 1.7 megabytes of new information will be created every second for every human being on this planet. This massive data tsunami has started challenging to explore new and innovative ways to monitor and management of their data strategy either data on rest or in motion.
Big data analysis is now being used to predict exit poll result in elections of Indian constituencies by understanding people’s sentiments on social media. However, it is a part of entire exit poll system, besides interacting physically with voter and other mechanisms.
